I purchased my 2011 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid in September of 2016 with aprox 38,000 miles on it for $14,000. I now have 112,000 miles on it. Brake pads were replaced by the dealer prior to my purchase. The only repair it has required was replacement of a malfunctioning Seat Heater Control Module this summer. Brake pads are still good. I live in southeast Michigan and drive it year round. I put Goodyear Assurance tires on it twice now. Got about 50,000 miles out of the first set. Twice they have helped save me from what would have been devastating crashes on Grand River Ave. Both times involved drivers turning left in front of me, requiring evasive maneuvers that I didn't think the car would be capable of.  I was incredibly impressed with how the car responded. I have not had any issues with winter driving, just need to go easy on the throttle from a dead stop in icy conditions. My Winter gas mileage is around 37 mpg, and in the Summer I average around 41mpg. I am a proponent of letting my car heat up before driving in the winter. Call me crazy, but I believe in being able to see out of my windows before entering a roadway.  I drive with my windows and moonroof open whenever weather allows and use my seat heaters/coolers regularly. I'm not big on using A/C but will run it when it's very hot, with or without my windows down. I drive within 5 miles of the speed limit(5 miles over), and I don't try to Hyper-mile it. I do drive with Forward Vision though, I don't accelerate to red lights, and almost never need to brake except for stop signs/signals and prior to turning. It helps to pay attention to traffic in front of you!  I do avoid driving on the freeway when possible and not too inconvenient, but that is purely for my sanity, not because of improved gas mileage. Not crazy about the Sync system, but can navigate it quite easily now that I am familiar with it. Really wish that there was a way to delete the Sirius radio options though. I've owned at least 16 different cars during my 36 years of driving: mainly Fords, a few Mercurys, a Nissan, a couple of Chevys, a Cadillac,  a Honda, a Volkswagen, a Toyota, and even a Dodge(lapse in judgement). They were: Sedans, Coupes, SUVs, Hatchbacks, Station Wagons  and Pick Up trucks; but my 2011 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid is one of my favorites of all time. Probably second only to a 1964 Ford Falcon Futura I owned way back in the late 80s!

Would love to hear from other owners that have surpassed 100k and how their mileage and repair history is!
