    Squeaky trunk

My trunk makes a creaky, squeaky noise whenever I open and close it. It's pretty loud. Does anyone have a fix for this?
  2. Every now and then when I start my car, my right navigation display behind the steering wheel will display a sirius channel but will be playing a FM channel not in HD. I have to then scroll down and select FM to enable the HD sound and correct display. I never subscribed to Sirius and don't wish to. Does anyone have a fix for this? Up down up down, left right left right, A B? Thanks!

    2017 AWD Snow Performance

I have the MXM4's that came with the purchase of my AWD MKZ and they are horrible in heavy snow. I live in MN and have tested them on several roads/conditions. They handle great on dry/wet roads. Once there's a over a few inches of snow however, they're no good.

Didn't get the car I thought I wanted...

I'm experiencing the rattling in my 2017 MKZ. What a disappointment.
  5. Hello, I recently purchased a 2017 MKZ with the Ultima system and so far, I've brought the car in because of excessive vibration/rattling in the doors. I purchased an app for my phone that will play all the Hz's of bass and treble so I could trouble shoot what exactly is going on and not have to wait for that certain part of the song that makes the noise. Upon further inspection, I noticed the rear door lowest speakers (there are three) on both sides aren't emitting any sound. They should be just as loud as the front door speakers am I correct? The fader is in the middle position too. Could someone with this same system check theirs just so I know what is correct? Thanks!
  6. I have a 2017 MKZ drivers package, Ultima Revel, had rattling in both my front doors when low frequencies where played. I've brought it in three times and they tightened some screws and a loose clip on the driver side. The he doors still vibrate when bass frequencies around 60 and 70hz. There's a fairly cheap app you can buy for your phone that will play different HZ's of bass so you can trouble shoot the vibrations faster instead of waiting for that "certain" part of the song that causes the vibration. Some of mine's coming from the passenger side and even happens when I drive on a bumpy road without music. :( Going to bring it in to the dealership once again...entertaining the idea of adding noise dampening sheets too https://www.amazon.com/Noico-deadening-automotive-Insulation-dampening/dp/B00URUIKAK/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1512868250&sr=8-2&keywords=cld+tiles
