Juke box

I had the juke box on my 2009 and 2011 MKS leases. They were a major PITA to load (each CD had to be loaded individually).

In my 2014 MKZ-h, I have my songs on a thumb drive, which is easier to load from my computer. It has all the advantages of the old jukebox without the misery of having to load it up. I believe you also have the option of playing songs from your smartphone by using bluetooth.

I actually don't even know if my CD player works, lol.

The Jukebox was a 20 GB hard drive that you could store music on in the car.  My 2009 MKS and 2012 MKZ had these, but I didn't use it.  I burned all our audio CDs to my computer two years ago and have been "diskless" ever since.  I use iTunes Match, which means all my songs are in iCloud and are accessible from any device I own.  I have all my music (8000 songs) on my phone, and I usually stream audio (music or podcasts) to the MKZ via Bluetooth.  The only downside of Bluetooth is that you do not get the full array of voice commands to control the music.  The basic functions work by voice (Next Song, Play, Pause, etc) as do the steering wheel controls.  If I want more control via voice, I simply plug my iPhone in to the USB adaptor in the car.  This way, I can play by Genre, Album, Artist, etc. as well as see album art on the screen.

Next step is to figure out how to stream Bluetooth audio to the car FROM MY APPLE WATCH!!!!    :love_shower:
