Regina Cohen
Good evening, all...my name is Regina and I have a 2010 MKZ which I LOVE...... But...this happened. It just popped out one day! I tried to glue it back into place with silicon glue (a suggestion of a facebook friend) but it was an epic failure... Anyone have anything similar happen to their instrument panel? Any tips/tricks/ideas on how to fix it myself? Any advice appreciated! Thanks in advance!

4N1M4L
The dealer thing to do is get a new switch. It has clips that hold it in, so you'd just swap the connectors to the new switch and pop it in. I'd remove as much of that silicone glue as I could and super glue it in. Regina Cohen
Regina Cohen
I really appreciate the advice-what is this switch called so I can find one and order it? Thanks in advance :)
drolds1
I don't believe you need to buy new switches. You just need the trim piece. Transfer the switches to the new panel. It's an Instrument Panel Trim Bezel and can be purchased separately. See the schematic below. It's part # AH6Z5404338BD. The parts department at a Ford/Lincoln dealer will be able to help you get the right part if you describe what you need.

There are different suffixes to the part# depending on color and lighting package.
