jbuening Posted November 7, 2014 Share Posted November 7, 2014 I'm new to this forum. I have a 2015 MKZ that is less than a month old. I have not been back to the dealer yet, but the navigation program often has me off route, going down roads that don't exist and telling me to turn off in order to get back on track. At other times, going on same route, it has me on route with no problem. Prior to this car I had a 2011 Cadillac SRX that never exhibited this problem. Has anyone else had this happen? JoeBrown Posted November 7, 2014 Share Posted November 7, 2014 (edited) I've never had any problems with my Navigation. Initially I took my Garmin with me but never needed it. I got full confidence in the navigation system when it took me direct to a friends house in very rural area about 80 miles away. This with the factory set up. I've not applied any updates.
