tpz76 Posted May 3, 2023 Share Posted May 3, 2023 Just got a 2012 MKZ from my father, the front vertical tilt on the driver power seat is not working, I can hear the motor, but the jack screw is not turning to raise and lower the seat, I am assuming the gear is broken. Has anyone experienced this issue and if so, is the gear able to be replaced on its own? Or is there an option to manually turn the jack screw to get the seat to the lowest position?
