Or alternately...stop by the Parts Department of your local Lincoln or Ford Dealer and ask them if the wood trim panel/door handle surround is available as a separate part. If yes, it is probably removable. If no, it probably is not removable. A suggestion though: You may be better off stopping by an automotive upholstery shop and asking them if they can repair it. Just Google "Automotive upholstery shops near me" to find out what shops you have nearby. Let us know how you make out and good luck. TomV Posted August 5, 2022 Share Posted August 5, 2022 Search eBay for MKZ door panels and you'll see pictures of the structure behind that area. I don't believe the top comes apart easily. I recall parts were ultrasonically welded/riveted together. You might be able to use a contact cement on the underside of the loose material.
