samb
I am thinking of leaving my 2016 MKZ Hybrid in my garage for 6 months. I have a battery tender for the 12 volt battery but was concerned about the hybrid battery. I called Ford and tech support was unable to give me a clear guidance. Viking
According to Volvo, this is what they recommend. Should be pretty close for other brands: https://www.volvocars.com/en-ca/support/manuals/s90-recharge-plug-in-hybrid/2020w17/electric-motor-and-charging/electric-motor-and-charging/long-term-storage-of-vehicles-with-hybrid-batteries

In addition to Viking's link, there are long term storage instructions in your Owners Manual in the Maintenance section. Look in the Index for the "Maintenance" correct pages in your manual. If you do not have your hard copy, you can download the PDF version here: https://www.fleet.ford.com/parts-service/resources/owner-manuals/ Good luck.
