TomV
Nav-TV ZEN-A2B Found this device online while researching how to get a pre-amp signal from the HD ACM. It basically takes the unaltered audio signal (USB) from the factory ACM and provides multiple sets of variable pre-amp outputs. If the factory Revel speakers were to be retained, you'd need to install passive crossovers, because there aren't 12/20 individual outputs from this device. This probably isn't for everyone, but I thought this was interesting. Edited March 15, 2021 by TomV fixed hyperlink

CDW6212R
So that may be for adding an aftermarket amp with the Revel system? I'm familiar with older Lincoln's using very complicated wiring to connect the factory HU, amp, and speakers. That typically made it best to bypass the OEM wiring to change components. The newer speaker quality and better HU features make it better to keep those, but I don't know how the newer OEM amps are these days. In the 80's they used to make amps which had almost no distortion(.003% to .005% for Nakamichi amps). Ten years ago not many amps were anywhere close to that, hopefully things have improved. TomV
This device is for ditching the factory amplifier/DSP/crossover/time alignment and allows the factory radio to be used with aftermarket amplifiers/crossovers/etc.
JSchnitz
This is the unit I am running in my '19 that I PMed you for the CAN wiring locations. lol Unfortunately, I have yet to get it to work properly. I'm going to call in tomorrow to see if they can provide some assistance. Opening a door will turn the unit on. Indicator light is yellow, indicating proper signal, and remote output will turn on after a few seconds. When I turn the car on, it turns off remote output so my DSP and amps turn off. If I turn off the car, open and close the door, and wait a few seconds, it will turn on the remote output again for about 5 minutes. I plan on doing a full write up here of the system once I'm sure everything works as intended. EDIT: Also, just to clarify, there ARE 12 channels of output on the analog side. Either way, use of crossovers would depend on your processing & amplification, not on the Zen-A2B. I'm using the TOSLINK output of the Zen, and still running active to all speakers. I've replaced all cabin speakers, ran new speaker wire, and removed the rear 6x9's in favor of (2) 10's in the trunk. The12 speakers are running active off (2) 6-channel amps and subs off monoblock. I have some photos on my Instagram, if you're intersted: https://www.instagram.com/atraxlabs And a bit about the problems I'm having with the Zen: testing voltages show that when the unit is on but car is off, remote output is the same as battery voltage. When the car is on, it's only 11.38v. Trigger voltage of my DSP is >12v so it turns off when the car is started. I'm still going to call NavTV about it, but will probably just end up throwing in an SSR and moving on. TomV
While not specific to the Lincoln Revel... this could be another option to bypass the factory Amplifer/DSP. AXXESS AX-DSP-A2B2 Interface
JSchnitz
Nice find. That one is interesting because it comes with the speaker side harness, as well. Would make it much easier to connect back to factory speaker harness. Also, the Bluetooth/app configuration would make it easier to make changes after installation. No optical out, though. On a side note, the ssr fixed my issue with the Zen and I'm making sound now. TomV
