Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows where I could I find another TCM for my 07 MKZ? I just got my transmission fixed and they said that it needs a new TCM but they do not make the part anymore. Is there anywhere that a TCM can be repaired?

Hi Mlh. Who is "they"? Your Ford Dealer or someone else? Ask them for a list of the parts and part #'s you need, and check with other Ford Dealership Parts Departments, the various online Ford Parts sellers, etc.

You can also post it back here and we can try to help.

Keep us updated and good luck.

I think it's (EDIT- Link removed by Moderators for safety reasons)

Law is 7 years after it's made for new or replacement parts...

Both those links go nowhere, just saying

car-part.com is right.  I just went there

as I said, I wasn't sure about the parts one.  ?

Hi Multitask. Neither link in your first post work for me either. If you hover and left click on the links, the addresses are incorrect. Almost seems they were hijacked somehow.

The first, "car-part" one links to "venture.com/domains/part.com".

The second, "parts ford" one does not work at all. Plus, I get a warning from my antivirus software that the link was blocked due to a "Web Attack: Rig Exploit Kit Redirection 13". Therefore, for the safety of our members, I am going to remove that link from your first post and R2D2's quote of that post.

The car-part link in your last post above (which I quoted) works.

Good luck.
