For those who have had trouble accessing SYNC updates through the Lincoln Owners website for the last month+ (as I did), it is back up at the moment. I was able to check for updates just now. It wasn't working with Chrome (Win10) at work.... so I tried at home... it seems that Chrome (Mac) will work if you have it re-log in with the Register/Login link.... Firefox seems ok ...
