Multitask
Here is my new 2020 MKZH w/ the 500a and Elements Package. Rhapsody outside, Capuchino inside... I was WAAAYY upside down in my 2018 FFH for the trade, but it's going to be worth it.... Things I've tested... Lane Keeping - interesting... not sure if I don't like it... ? Auto Cruze Control - LOVE it... it kinda freaked me out when I was testing it... Tested the 3 modes for how it rides... I wish there was a button on the screen, rather than navigating the menus to get to it... but I like it... Drove at night, and love how the headlights turn when you do... Things I thought I got but maybe didn't Massage seat... how do I know? Miss the Fogs... but it has the LEDs at the bottom, so not too bad I know it's heavier, so it's not getting as good of MPG , so far 39/40 , my FFH got 43, so it's not bad, and it seems peppy-er... could be the gas they gave me... I'll put in 76 when I need it...
bbf2530
Hi Multitask. You can access the massage seats with the buttons on the side of the seat, or through the SYNC screen. Swipe the screen left to get to the seats. The Owners Manual also explains how to access, set and use them. EDIT - Just saw your other post where you also ask about the seats. They are not automatic. You turn them on when you want them on. And they turn off after a set time period. Maybe 20 minutes? I've never timed it. Good luck. Multitask
As far as the buttons on the side, I see that I can adjust the lumbar in 3 ways... up n down for the 3 lumbars, and left/right for how much... but I don't remember if it had anything else.... when I get back to it, I will see if there is a 'seats' setting... I don't think so...
Multitask
For anyone that saw this.. I'll update I've had it a month now... I found that turning off the ECO mode gave me as much as 53mpg, but the avarage now it's at 42-43 Love having it be on when I get to it in the AM when it's raining or cold... ? No Massage... bummer, but that and the panorama sunroof added would have cost too much more... As far as the 3 modes of ride... I have used Sport and Comfort most of the time... Sport is great for the curvy mountains, the ride is better for that Comfort is as it says... comfy for the long drives.... I just don't see much change for the other setting

On my 17 Zh, I find I get better mpg with ECO off. Why? Dunno.
