JimF
Recently purchased a CPO 2017 MKZ Black Label 3.0 AWD with Driver Package as a replacement for my 2012 Mustang. Really liked my wife's 2017 MKZ AWD 2.0 Reserve but felt it was a little low on power and acceleration compared to the Mustang. Most of all I loved the comfortable ride in the MKZ. The Mustang handled great but was not forgiving on an old back. The 3.0 AWD with driver package is the best of both worlds; comfortable ride, great handling and acceleration, and the perfect "sleeper" qualities. I plan on taking the MKZ to at least two or three track days each year and surprising a few BMWs.
longislander
Congrats and enjoy! I describe my 3.0T/AWD as having 400 very civilized, very well-behaved horses. What color and which interior did you get?
JimF
Black exterior with Thoroughbred interior. Took a lot of online searching and a trip from NH to PA to get a CPO car originally from Michigan.
longislander
That was my favorite Black Label color combo, stunning! My '17 is Magnetic/Ebony. Only year you could get the 3.0T in the Select trim level, which I took because I only wanted the 18-inch wheels.
drolds1
Congratulations and welcome. I think you'll find that the multi-contour seats will be kind to your back. I know I do.
fusionff
Congrats, and welcome aboard. Black & Thoroughbred, perfect combo. It wasn't my original choice, but I'm happy to have it too.
LeetheSailor
I look forward to hearing about your track days. I feel the same way you do about getting both sides of the coin with a sleeper car. Just looking for the right one. Good luck with your Lee
