ctrcbob
Something most people don't think about when they buy a new (or newer) car. 1. Ease of rear seat entry and exit. 2. Rear door that swings out enough for rear passenger. 3. Amount of room in the rear seat area. I have a friend that rides with me, and he sits in the back seat. (wife sits in front). He told me that my MKZ is easier to get into and out of the rear seat, that the door swings out more and it is easier to enter and exit, plus there is more room in the rear seat area, all compared to my Taurus SHO. Whenever I checkout a car to buy, I normally set the drivers seat for myself, then I get out and sit in the rear, to make sure there is enough room. This time, when I bought the MKZ, I forgot to check, so I'm glad I did not make an error. BTW, my wife LOVES the MKZ as do I. It gets better milage, softer ride, and quieter than my SHO. It also has more than enough power, more than I'll ever use. (Now the question is,,,"why did I buy the SHO?")
