It will throw off the speedometer/odometer slightly, but not enough to worry about. However, the important question is whether the wheels will fit. Are they MKZ (or Fusion) wheels? If they are not, do they have a proper width, bolt pattern, offset, centerbore etc, for your 2013 MKZ?
