After installation and all updates I discovered that it does not recognize the 2012 MKZ as a V6: It will only initiate the vehicle as a V4. After a long "hands on" phone session with Zurich trying different configurations, it was determined that Zurich needs to work on a fix. BTW, I got the coupon price then went online to find a discount coupon code page, entered all the codes on the HF order page until one gave me an 'extra' $200 off the coupon discount! There have been some Zurich Pro firmware updates but my 2012 MKZ still shows up as a V4 instead of V6. Sent in another complaint, they took the first one out of the queue???
