SteveB_TX
Good luck with that. It's a bit slooooow around these parts. :)
Harbinger
Maybe it will become more popular. With such a beautiful car, it will soon be the most popular on the road.
drolds1
Good luck with that. It's a bit slooooow around these parts. :) If you think it's slow now, you should have been here before the 2013 went on the market. A whole week or more would go by without a post. robertlane
Lincoln sites are slow in general, however, as the brand improves and new models are introduced - they will change and it has in fact changed here too.

monty_n_philly
ok.. well i have to agree with you all.. I am a member of Cadillac forum,,, 2003 Caddy Deville... as soon as I would post a question... 3 mins later an answer... why because EVERY caddy deville has horrible window regulators, or penlum gaskets, rear shocks, bad coils, 2nd air injection pump breaks... on and on and on... KBB and NADA said the 2012 (just got it) has 5 star reliabiltiy rating... cant really complain there.... so maybe thats why... Just start a topic about the ride and how smooth it is, to just chilax in it... and write something daily and it will take off...
JoeBrown
Apparently it goes in spurts. Was surprised this morning to see new postings in seven different subjects.

Is there a private one for the MKZ that might be a little more active? There are three different Fusion Forums and they are relatively busy. I had all the problems you mentioned, and more. Nice quiet ride and all the bells and whistles, but unreliable and expensive. I've had the MKZ for almost 4 years with no problems at all. AZ MKZ h
I'm in agreement that the site is a bit slow, so let's pick it up some. I actually rec'd a comment (a complement no less) today on one of my photos...things are rolling now. And I sort of hope to find some locals with MKZ for a meet & greet or cruise but so far, not many around me. It's a work in progress. I've got the pano roof and it's incredible (fun to show off too). Bummer is that here in AZ, I have not had it open too much "yet". Perhaps it's time for me (and others) to join the club and make more happen in here. Sign up and get a cool sticker... Rusty Boltz
Based on my own experience, there are very few problems with MKZ's, and it doesn't seem like Lincoln owners are modifiers or prone to having cruises. I belong to a car club and participate in cruises, but it's with my other car.
JoeBrown
I agree with Rusty. I like pretty much everything about my 2014 MKZ and can't really think of what I would change or make "better". Although I've only had it since the middle of April 2014 I've not had any issues whatsoever. So far since I've been here, there's been more questions about how some of the features work than anything else. scmadm1
Well, I have had my 2012 MKZ for almost a month and LOVE driving it. I am kinda a car nut and have 6 cars, each with a purpose. I have a 1981 Seville Diesel in mint condition. It is my true classic show car and is maybe one of 200 diesel Sevilles left in the country. It may be slow but it still looks elegant, has a nice ride and gets 30 MPG...it's just slow a molasses. I have a 1985 MB 300SD that I converted to run on waste veg oil. It rattles a lot as all the plastic has dried out, shrunk or cracked but it still looks OK and is really cheap to drive. A 1997 Passat diesel that gets 50mpg and is my winter beater but is so rusted now it will be sold soon. A 1999 MB E300TD. This is my new long distance car. It gets 36MPG on the highway and it has a lot of oomph. My 2001 Expedition is used to haul 8 people or my boat. My new 2012 MKZ AWD is my car to drive in the snow and is my favorite driving experience of what I own. Next is the 1999 MB, then the Expedition. If the Expedition got 30 MPG it might be a car I drive a lot more.
bman1111
I am new to this forum as well. I am also a new Lincoln MKZ hybrid owner. I just got my 2015 at the begining of the month. I have about 1800KM and I am loving the car. I am looking forward to a lot of feedback from other owners.

william
I have a question, is there a way to turn the seat rolling back when cut the engine? I'm sure it is mobility issue, but I see the motor going out quickly moving my mass several times a day. Thank you Robert that worked like a charm. AZ MKZ h
I have a question, is there a way to turn the seat rolling back when cut the engine? I'm sure it is mobility issue, but I see the motor going out quickly moving my mass several times a day. Thank you Robert that worked like a charm. If you like that feature now and then, don't turn it off via 'settings', instead, when you shut down and the seat/wheel begin to move, tap your power seat button slightly and it overrides the movement for that exit. A nice option for when someone is seated behind the driver and they call you names and smack your head. Or it might take out that cake you had safely placed behind the seat. (voice of experience). william
It may seem strange to name your cars but we have been doing it for years. My mkz was named by a friend at work she calls it Darth Vader. It must be the black color.
