sesmithrrt
Just bought a 2015 Hybrid - love this car but the lowest lumbar support seems to be stuck in the "fist in my low back" position. The top two supports can be adjusted on the touch screen and I can hear them inflate and deflate. But nothing happens when i try to adjust the lowest support. The thigh and lateral supports work fine and all works fine on the passenger side. Anyone heard of this before? The dealer is going to look at this since i just purchased the car but wanted to see if I could be missing something simple. Thank you. jimflutes
Hi , I have a 2016 MKZh and so far the only controls I found are on the side of the front seat for the lower back , so I am wondering where the adjustments are on the screen . I too like this car it is my second one .
