LED tail lights burnt out

Has anyone replaced a few of the led's? I only have a few out.

It isn't really possible and there's no need to do it.  There's an extended warranty on the tail lights of 2010-2011 MKZs for 10 years/150K miles, whichever comes first.  If you aren't past the mileage limit, make a service appointment at a Lincoln dealer.

this warranty is for the outside ones, my trunk ones are burnt out (inners)
