Is there a way to make the voice commands louder or to lower the radio volume when the navigation lady is speaking? Thanks very much! When I select a destination, Sync asks me to proceed to the designated route and then obey the navigation commands. The problem is I get no navigation commands beyond the intro message . I cranked up the volume during the intro message but once under way I get nothing. Have not had time lately to take it to the dealer but will in a week or two. Anybody else experience this issue? On one occasion I had to look at the display to see where the next turn was and while looking the car in front of me suddenly stopped. Chris109 Posted July 7, 2018 Share Posted July 7, 2018 (edited) On my 2013, on the nav screen, there is a small icon in the upper right that is a voice balloon (?). Press that and you should be good to go. It only shows up when you have a destination set. My mistake. That balloon is only for a voice for your current direction.
