Suctoes
Hey all, my wife and I just purchased a 13 2.0 AWD, with 59k. It has a drive line type vibration not all the time, but I can detect it most of the time at about any speed. Gets fairly bad sometimes. Dealer (non lincoln) says it's the tires that are flat spotted from sitting. I'm not very confident in that answer. I know this can happen but it has almost new toyo proxes s4,s on it and supposedly nitrogen in them. Any advice on what this issue might be would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. ZED
It could be many things the tires are the first thing to look at and if you ruled that out it could be a wheel bearing issue or there could be an issue with the power transfer unit that controls the AWD Ford has issues with there power transfer units. Do you have Lincoln or Ford dealer that can look at it? I would start with the tires though have a good tire shop re balance the wheels first then go from there.
