I called the concierge and they said pick up service can be used for any service needed in the warranty period. I assume they mean the 4/50k basic warranty. My dealer said the limit is 25 miles from the dealership but Lincoln never mentions mileage, I think I heard the CEO say in a recent interview that the vehicle can by anywhere. He also said it's a national, not dealer-based service and the drivers wear a uniform.

We're looking forward to using the service, just waiting for the oil life indicator to say it's needed.

On another note, my dealer pre-scheduled me for a 7500 mile service without arranging pickup.  Lincoln says it's anywhere between 5 and 10K miles depending on the oil life indicator.

Just used it today. They dropped off a 3.0 Z with FWD only. Its a select, not a BL like mine.

I got texts along the way both when they gotto me and when they got my car to the dealership. They took pics of both cars. It took three days for them to pick it up (alleged PTU leak)

How did you book the pickup? Did Lincoln make the dealer appointment?

Yes. I called and reported my issue to the advisor and asked for a pick up. That has to be scheduled in advance, just like booking a loaner does. For me, and the dealer I am working with, that was three days out. It could have been sooner he told me, but the previous user backed into something and messed up the bodywork pretty good.

As for my issue, they told me today it's an intermediate shaft seal that went bad. They couldn't find anything else wrong. I'll have the car back by Tuesday or Wednesday.

Happy to report the 3.0 in FWD feels pretty darn peppy too. lol

We have two 2017s (Z and X) and they are both getting their first service by Carman Lincoln today. They dropped a 2017 Z off and took mine, and they're already on their way back to drop off my Z and get the X. Both services are free as well.

The only issue with the Z after 8000 miles is occasional brake moan when backing out of the garage and the drivers side mirror not going to the memory position with the keyfob.

The X has more issues, when delivered it had wires tangled in the power window mechanism, the passenger power folding mirror squeaks/grinds/sticks, and the left side power folding rear seat doesn't work. It also has the same mirror memory issue.

All in all they have been solid and pleasing cars and the X is going on a 1000 trip next week which I'm looking forward to.

When I bought my 2017 3.0T it was a (can't recall what term Lincoln uses) Program car? Anyway it had only 6,600 miles. I asked about the pick up delivery service and they said my car did not qualify being used. Although I was told that my car does come with a bumper to bumper warranty till early 2022 or 100,000 miles whatever comes first. Frankly I did not believe the salesperson so I double checked with the dealerships GM and he confirmed it.
