Zalvern
Thanks for sharing that. Gives a good idea on the average weight for a 3.0T AWD. I see and read about how people complain about the weight of modern cars, but to enjoy all these nice things, its going to take some mass. Driver's package with summer tires fools me pretty good to realize how much this car weighs. Mine probably weighs even more. drolds1
Sounds about right. C&D reported a test weight of 4307lbs.
brucelinc
Actually lighter than I expected. That is probably 300 pounds lighter than my Continental.

Airflow
These cars are porkers, aren't they? It makes the performance that much more impressive. :victory: I totally agree. Heavy, and with a 3.0l small displacement engine.
Smokestone10
A Lincoln should be a little big-boned. ?Considering everything crammed in there, just over two tons doesn't seem too bad. And, if anyone says your car looks like a ton of fun, you can say it's twice as fun as it looks. ? Izzy3906

MKZMark
I wonder what the weight savings is with the 2.0 FWD. I agree a luxury car should have some meat on the bones! Smokestone10

LONMON
I weighed mine on a friends corner scales and it weighed 4176 with about 3/4 tank of gas. I do have the spare and tools removed but thats it for weight reduction.
