dfstarman
I know the alert is adjustable but I was wondering if the service department can adjust the strength of the actually torque adjustment itself. It is rather weak compared to my Chrysler and Hyundai Genesis . Thank You
drolds1
My 2017 is definitely toned down in that regard as compared to my 2014. The latter had a much more forceful response. I sincerely doubt that it's adjustable in the field. dfstarman

I sincerely doubt that it's adjustable in the field. Mine too. I had a 2013 MKZ that was much more forceful in lane keeping than my 2017 MKZ. But then the heated and cooled seats worked much better in the 2013 also. Sigh.... dfstarman
