Aftermarket wheels & Offsets for 2014 MKZ

I would like to re-use the 17" snow tires (225/50R17) that I have from my 2007 MKZ on my 2014 MKZ AWD 3.7L. Car is currently running on factory 19" wheels ( 8.5" wide) 245/40R19 tires.

The OD of the 225/50R17 is the same as the 245/40R19.

I have found a number of  17" x 7.5"  aftermarket wheels that will fit my snow tires.

Questions I have are: 1) What is correct offset for a 17" wheel  for my car; 2) Will there be any interference issue with the 17" wheel and the calipers?

I know that 18" wheels will fit, but I am trying avoid buying a new set of rubber. As it is, I will need to buy the wheels and the TPMS valves.

Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the comments on the offset WIlly! I put the snows that are mounted on the 17" rims next to the 19" facrtory wheels and they are the same OD, so I know that there will not be any issues with the AWD system and speedo output. My concern is if they will clear the calipers. I guess the only way to be sure would be to mount a rim on the car and do an actual fit check.

Thanks Drolds! I'll do a fit check with a 17" wheel with the same bolt pattern to make sure that there are no interference issues with the calipers. I'll check on both front and rear as the front calipers are larger than the rears.
