Stereo Volume Limited?

I now have my 2017 MKZ and love it. :)

 

I have one thing I can't seem to figure out though - 'Mykey volume is limited'?

 

The volume on my stereo (I was listening to FM radio) is 'limited' for some reason (only goes up as far as 14 - I realise this is just a number) - it went way louder when I first drove it, (29-30) - but something has changed and I can't for the life of me figure it out.

 

Any ideas please guys?

This is a setting in the MyKey feature. Is it possible you turned it on by mistake? Take a peek at the URL below, it should give you enough info to reconfigure MyKey.
