Themponyboys Posted January 12, 2017 Share Posted January 12, 2017 Took delivery of 2017 Black Label MKZ 3.0T AWD and noticed on the third day the Revel sound system was making a horrific screeching sound. I took the vehicle back to the dealer and they indicated they reprogrammed the DSP module. 24hrs later the same noise appeared once again. By this time a had gotten Lincoln America involved and they had me take the car to another Lincoln dealer. The issue prior to me taking the vehicle to the dealer occurred four times. The second dealer kept the car for four days and indicated that they could not duplicate the issue. I picked the vehicle up and immediately noticed that the interior noise was louder than before. I really think they have turned off the Active Noise Control on the vehicle without my consent. I really feel the ANC was the culprit with this entire feedback noise coming from the Revel system. Is there a way to turn this feature off and on or is it something the dealer has to do using ISP programming? This entire ordeal is really making me not a proud owner of this car, Themponyboys.
