joward Posted November 14, 2013 Share Posted November 14, 2013 Hey guys, really wanting to do a Steeda Cold Air Intake on my 08 3.5. Wondering if this will even work because these intakes are " designed" for 2010,2011,& 2012 fusion sports. But, seeing that the Mkz has the same 3.5 engine as the fusion sport, will it work properly? SteveB_TX Posted November 20, 2013 Share Posted November 20, 2013 I agree with Robert. You really need to talk to the Steeda guys. There is more to adding a CAI than just the hardware. Even though this CAI doesn't require a tune, you would be wasting your money without one. The problem though may be that the tune for a 2010-2012 will probably not work on a 2008. Then there is the matter of fitment. Since I don't know the differences between the 2008 and 2010-12, will the part even fit in an '08?
