They will include YouTube videos that will assist you with most questions on options included. The apps can be found for iPhone and Android. Lincoln does a great job with them. It at first did not impress me, however I crawled around the site and it has really cool features. View traffic and route me to are examples. The other one is Experience Lincoln. That one is a sales catalogue with interactive features. My Lincoln Mobile works with Sync. I use it often. You can get your vehicle health reports, roadside assistance, connect to Lincoln support, locate your car in a parking deck. Click around and give it a try. Once you load it on your phone, Click Lincoln Support, then click Go to Lincoln Owner Page, then click, Watch how-to & Info videos. The videos are short and well done on all sorts of topics about Lincoln and Sync. There must be fifty videos. The app also allows you to access your owner's manual. With it being on a PDF file format, you can search what you are looking for which is much faster than searching your hard copy in the vehicle.
