Mustang Posted August 2, 2016 Share Posted August 2, 2016 We have the same comdition on our 09 MKZ. Dealer says it's "interior trim" and as such not covered by ESP. We contacted Ford and they are looking into the issue, supposed to hear back in 24 to 48 hrs. I've hear this is also a problem on Fusions. "Nothing they can do about it" Needless to say I am very disappointed and frustrated that a company producing a vehicle of the alleged quality of a Lincoln will not stand behind an obvious manufacturing defect.
