jamie1960 Posted December 7, 2015 Share Posted December 7, 2015 Hello, can anyone help? The center console cup holder insert in my 2012 MKZ is missing. There's not a parts diagram that shows this part anywhere, and my local Ford dealer just advised that FoMoCo is telling them I have to order the console assembly just to get that insert! Is that insane or what? I'm hoping someone can steer me in the right direction to get this part. Here's the info off an insert from another 2012 MKZ: FoMoCo NA24 FJGRA FJGSA CUPHOLDER LINER L0175195AA >Severene< Any help is greatly appreciated!! GoodGuy77 Posted December 28, 2016 Share Posted December 28, 2016 (edited) I also once damaged a cup holder piece, and was extremely irritated with the sound it caused when I drove. Luckily, I just found an aftermarket cupholder separately (https://www.carid.com/cup-holders/). As with Ford they also told me that I've got to order the whole console assembly as there was no part# for the cup holder unit only.
