geno4952
Since the weather here in WNY has gotten cooler I noticed that when I start my 2007 MKZ I get instant warm air. This is before the radiator fluid has had a chance to increase by 1 or 2 degrees. Anyone able to enlighten me on this strange, but really cool, part of climate control??? JoeBrown
It doesn't happen on my 2014. In fact the fan doesn't really come on until there is heat.
drolds1
I've owned many FoMoCo cars with ACC and that's never occurred. As Joe says, the fan doesn't even come on until the coolant reaches a certain temperature. Do you have an engine block heater or is your car in a heated garage? Rusty Boltz
My '08 doesn't blow heat until the engine warms up a bit. :headscratch:
