tonifan
As most forum users know, if a Ford dealer is to continue selling Lincolns and Fords at the same location, Ford Motor Company will require that dealership to provide a separate entrance and showroom for Lincoln products. I've been to several Ford dealers lately to inspect the 2013 Fusion (beautiful!), and dealers that also sold Lincolns previously either don't sell them any more, or have "plans" to "develop" a separate Lincoln showroom. Has anyone actually seen construction or remodeling of existing Ford/Lincoln dealerships for this purpose, either in the works or being planned? I'm really curious to see how existing dealers will reconstruct their dealerships to comply with Ford's requirements to separate the two. Thanks in advance for any info... John M Young
Cavalier Ford Lincoln 1515 South Military Highway Chesapeake VA 23320 The dealer ships are side by side. Drive from one showroom to the next in the same parking lot. Lincoln dealership has been in place for years I'm not sure about the story of the Ford dealership next door
