  1. Just bought a precertified 2013 mkz. I live in the Chicago area. After a recent snowfall as usual snow built up around the front tires. But it did not end there as it appears that snow got impacted in what i believe is called the lower side panel. Then with cold temperatures it apparently froze and knocked the front passenger side door out of alignment slightly as well as the lower piece of the side panel between the front tire well and where the front door starts. I never had an issue like this with any car I've ever owned. I'm a newbie to this forum and will post photos if I can and/or allowed here. I'd appreciate any 2013 mkz owners that live in colder climates to please give input. I'm hoping the bumper to. Bumper will cover the...the car only has 19000 miles and bought it about 45 days ago as a pretend certified. Thank you for listening. Oh yeah all this has happened on the passenger front side of the car, the driver side is fine.
