Hi I’ve had my 2013 Lincoln MKZ for 2 years now and the remote start has always worked I’ve always been able to adjust it but recently the past couple of times I’ve went to start it will come on with lights but my heating will not come on at all. I went to click on climate control under remote start setting and everything is completely grayed out where I can’t click on anything

Does anyone know where the seat filters are located and is this a job that i can do myself like the cabin air filter or is this a dealer job? Thank you for any help. BoltsFan4!

I recently had my dash pad fixed because Defrost vent was lifting. I picked up my car Friday evening after the shop closed for the weekend. I start the car and my climate control unit will not turn on. I have no lights on the display not even outside temp. as well as no AC no heat no Rear or front defrost. Checked the fuse and its good. Any possible ideas of what Im dealing with here. Id like to resolve this if I can, rather than waiting until monday to bring it back to the guy who repaired my dash pad
