  1. Nothing, have a Cadillac SUV and no need for another vehicle. The MKZ had every option, 41000 miles, never saw snow, sold sight unseen by a cash buyer for $16.5k
  2. Thanks for looking, no solution found, sold the car.
  3. My 2014 Mkz Hybrid drivers contour seat stopped working. As soon as you touch the seat adjuster or by the Sync screen you can hear a motor running in the drivers seat, it pumps up to the max and seems to run for some time and either times out after you exit or shuts off from overheating? There is no movement on the Sync screen pressing the + or -. The dealer preformed a fix suggested by a TSB that I found on line at a cost of about $450 so far with no change and their further option is to put out a notice if similar failures have been reported to other dealers. All other seat functions seem to work. if I use the Sync screen and switch from Adjust to Massage then the motor/pump that is running will shut off until I touch Adjust again. I am looking for someone who may of had this problem and a possible fix I can pass to the dealer as I am too old and not savvy to do troubleshooting myself.
  4. I should be more clear on this, as the is no "noise" per say, it is a feeling only. Best way to describe it is like the brake on that wheel lets go late. I will try another dealer as this same one just sent me a card in the mail warning me my tires needed immediate attention as there is 4/32nds of a inch of tread life. Funny, the car had 4500 miles on it at that time!
  5. Ever since I bought this car there is an odd noise in the right rear wheel. When you accelerate hard away from a stop there is like a clunk or wheel slippage feeling in the right rear wheel. Dealer keeps telling me that it is the switching from the electric motor to gas that is making that feeling. Isn't everything (gas/electric motor) all front wheel drive? Is there some sort of "drive" on the rear wheels? Would be great if someone could also steer me to a break- away diagram of the drivetrain so I may better understand how the whole thing works. Thanks.
