I have a 2013 MKZh, just had it in for the 20K service and software update, seems the dealers scan-tool had a corrupt file and when they downloaded the files to the car it fried the ABS units software,But after everything was replaced i have noticed a slight increase in mpg, maybe .5, I avg 42.7mpg and thats between 65 an 80 mph daily on a 44 mile one way commute with several hills.

Have 20,500 miles on our 2013 MKZ Hybrid Reserve 203A pkg, Took it in for the 20K service, Prior to this I change the oil at 14,000 miles and while doing so I noticied several oil drops on bolts at the transmission case split line and wiped it down with alcohol. So at the dealer I asked them to take a look in the area and report back. Well it turns out that the oil drops returned and theres a Bulletin out that if there are signs of leakage they are to drain and road test and if the drained fluid is dark the transmission is to be changed, They did and when updating the software a corrupt file on Lincolns scantool fryed the ABS logic so that had to be changed {lots of labor to do that}, and they did. So at 20K check your trans fluid and be ready, the car showed no symptoms of transmission slippage prior to this event.
