I just got mine back from 15K service. RR tire is below 3/32 and it is 4/32. The front tires are fine. Am I the only person here who thinks a tire rated for 45K miles for $250 should last longer than 15K miles? If the front are fine perhaps the rear end is mis-aligned. I bought the car new and it hasn't been crashed. Anybody have any thoughts on whether I have some recourse if the rear end came mis-aligned? I expect if I complain I will get the 'you must have run over something' routine. I welcome any input. Thanx.

I am not sure, but I thought the active noise cancellation was specifically for the ICE noise. I have noticed my 2014 Hybrid seems to be making more engine noise than it did when it was brand new. With only 4000 miles I suspect I just never noticed the noise, and it isn't horrible. I kinda thought there would be lees racket with the ANC working. All things considered my current MKZ is a lot quieter than my first three Lincolns.

I have read you cannot just insert the SD card to make the nav work. I also read Ford, or the Nav company, maintains a 'whitelist' of nav systems with paid-for nav capabilities. I am not certain of anything here, but I believe I read (I'm on a lot of fora) you can get your serial number (or MAC address, or whatever the identifier is) whitelisted by paying the $795. I bought the max package so I have not done any of this myself, but I think it is worth a call to the dealer (who may not know) or Lincoln support to see if you can pay for the nav and get it. It really is all about the $$$ so I don't see why they wouldn't be glad to pick up an easy $795.

My wife leaves blue denim color on the outside driver's seat. I also have Dune leather. In my case it wipes off (the blue, that is, not the leather ;)) with a damp cloth. I have previously used Chamberlain's Leather Milk on the seats, so that may affect the ease of wiping off the blue.
