Hi risky. I downloaded the PDF version of the 2013 MKZ hybrid Owners Manual. Look on pages 266-267. It is listed as "Powerpoint 1 - drivers front" (not "cigarette lighter"). They show it as a 20A, M-type fuse, located at position 10 in the Power Distribution Box.
For the location of the Power Distribution box and other fuse box locations, types of fuses etc, refer to your Owners Manual, pages 265-276. And if you are referring to the powerpoints in the console or back seat area, check those pages in the Owners Manual for location and type. They are listed as "Powerpoint 1 - drivers front", "Powerpoint 2 - console", "Powerpoint 3 - Back of console" etc.
