  1. Hi PD and welcome to the Lincoln MKZ Forum. I attached the 2019 and 2020 Lincoln MKZ Order Guides. You can find the answer to all your equipment questions in those Order Guides. Concerning pricing: First...Yes you can get the Panoramic Roof and Revel Ultima Audio System in the Hybrid, according to trim levels. For the 2020 model year, there are two trim levels. The base "MKZ Hybrid" and the "MKZ Hybrid Reserve". I am not sure at the moment what the 2019 trim levels were. However, there are far too many variables to give any sort of accurate pricing information. Just for a few examples...Would you be purchasing from a Dealer or a Private Party? Which model year, 2019 or 2020, matters a lot. Condition, mileage, trim level etc. Even where you live matters. Therefore, the best way to get a beginning idea on pricing would be to go to sites such as KBB.com, NADA.com, Edmunds.com etc., and work up pricing for exactly what you are looking for and looking at, from where you will be purchasing etc. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have, let us know how you make out and good luck. 2020 Lincoln MKZ Order Guide.pdf 2019 Lincoln MKZ Order Guide.pdf
  2. Hi youknojuno and welcome to the Lincoln MKZ Forum. Sorry to hear about your father and the MKZ problems. Well, at least you can try. Trying to diagnose a problem via Internet photos and videos is far from ideal. But if anyone here can help, we will certainly try. Keep us updated and good luck.
  3. Hi George and welcome to the Lincoln Forums. Try this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lSSj4H-FY5A Let us know how you make out and good luck.
  4. Hi valpomarine. Welcome to the Lincoln Forums. It is easier for others to help when all questions and information are posted in one place. Therefore, in the future, please do not multiple post the same question. Just post once in the most appropriate sub-forum. Your question is answered in your post in the "Glass, Lenses, Lighting, Moon Roof" sub-forum, so this thread will be locked. Good luck.
  5. Hi valpomarine and welcome to the Lincoln Forums. Your tail lights and brake lights are working properly. Only the middle row illuminates when the tail lights are on. And the bulbs in that light bar are not brake lights. Good luck.

  7. Hi Chris. Yes, it is possible the windshield wiper motor is having some issues. Difficult to properly diagnose an issue when we can not see/hear/feel/touch things. You can try lubricating the moving parts. Let us know how you make out and good luck.
  8. Hi Larry. Are you stating you only have one keyfob, and you accidentally programmed it as a MyKey? If yes, then yes, you will need to take your vehicle in for a service visit to have the system reset. You should also purchase a second keyfob before then and have both keys programm3ed to your MKZ. Let us know how you make out and good luck.
  9. Hi leftoverture. Why wait? We can just start blasting you here. ? Good luck. ?
  10. Hi tony. The best place to obtain the correct part number for your particular MKZ is to go to the Parts Department of your local Lincoln Dealer (or Ford Dealer), give them your VIN, and ask them for the correct part number, cost etc. Keep in mind parts prices are negotiable, so negotiate. Then you can take the part number and price, and shop around at other Dealers, online etc, if you wish. Let us know how you make out and good luck.
  11. Hi Zondedo. I use a PC for the site and other forums I participate in and extremely rarely use my phone to navigate the forums (as in not for at least over a year until just now). When I did in the past, I used Chrome and did not have any issues. I just tried accessing through Safari and had an outcome similar to yours. Then I tried using Chrome and the ads were much smaller and no popups. I would advise trying Chrome or another browser to see if it helps. In the meantime, perhaps another member who accesses the site using Safari on their iPhone will jump in to help Good luck.
  12. Hi Zondedo. I do not have this problem. I use Firefox. Which browser are you using? Perhaps try a different browser. Good luck.
  13. Hi leftoverture. So just to be clear: You programmed a personal keyfob. You remote-start the car. You get in the car, depress the brake pedal, press the Start button and the seat does not move to the set position you programmed into memory for that keyfob? If that is the case, either the keyfob was not successfully programmed, or there is a problem in the system that will need to be diagnosed and corrected. One other thing...Again, if your wife uses any of the power seat control buttons (on the side of the seat) to move the seat at all...the seat will stay in that position until a memory button is pushed. Keep us updated and good luck.
  14. Hi leftovertrure. It does not adjust the seat when we approach the vehicle, nor when we remote start the vehicle. The memory seat adjustment works the same way as when we get into the vehicle normally. The seat does do not move into the last chosen memory position until we press the start button with our foot on the brake. Which we need to do anyway before driving away when remote starting. Therefore, when remote starting, once we get into the vehicle, we still must press the Start button (with foot on brake), then it will recognize the keyfob memory setting and adjust the seat. And keep in mind: If at any time we manually move the seat with the manual adjustment buttons, the seat will keep that position until we press a memory button again. Good luck.
  15. Hi leftoverture. Yes, the 2018 MKZ is equipped with the 4G modem. However, I am not sure whether the 2017 MKZ is equipped with a 3G or 4G modem. So the OP will need to check with Lincoln Concierge, his Lincoln Dealership, or hope someone here will accurately verify which it is. Good luck.
  16. Hi Brian and welcome to the Lincoln MKZ Forum. Could possibly be at least one of two issues. First, if you purchased a new phone, you need to pair the new phone to your car and to the LincolnWay app. So that could be the problem. If that is not it, then it could be this: Phone companies are eliminating 3g cell service. Features such as oil life, fuel level, remote start/lock/unlock etc. via the Lincoln Way app (no the keyfob), are all controlled through the 3G modem. If your 2017 MKZ has the older 3G modem (I don't know if the 2017's had 3G or 4G modems), it will lose those features. I would recommend you call Lincoln Concierge and ask for more assistance with this matter. Let us know how you make out and good luck.
  17. The OP just joined the Lincoln MKZ Forum today, and it is their very first post on the Lincoln MKZ Forum. The fact that they have posted this question on other forums/in other places does not apply to this forum. Good luck.
  18. Hi SW. If the battery tests bad, there should be no charge for the test and battery replacement. If the battery test good, a Dealer may try and charge for the test. Therefore my advice would be to play it safe. Download/print a free battery test coupon in case you need it. Regarding what the Dealer told you: Yes, that message indicates a "low charge". That is what the warning is for. However, a "low charge" does not necessarily mean the battery is failing. The charge in a healthy battery can be low for a variety of reasons that have nothing to do with a failing battery. I briefly mentioned some of them in my previous reply, and the Owners Manual explains more. In other words, you can get that message with a healthy battery, because a healthy battery can also wind up with a low charge. Keep us updated and good luck.
  19. Hi SW. That message does not necessarily mean the battery is failing. There are many other variables. Too many to explain without knowing your current pandemic driving habits. Variables such as...How often you drive the car? How long the car sit unused? How far you drive when you do drive etc. etc.? They are explained in your Owners Manual. Also, letting us know what model year your MKZ is might help. Have the Dealer test the battery and go from there. If your car is out of warranty, you can often find coupons for a free battery test on the Lincoln Owner and Ford Owner websites. Also on many individual Dealer websites. Let us know how you make out and good luck.
  20. Hi Boo and welcome to the Lincoln MKZ Forum. Concerning the OK button not working to reset the trip mileage and fuel mileage: You need to hold the button for several seconds in order for those functions to reset. If you are holding it and it is still not working, then the underlying issue will need to be diagnosed and repaired. Concerning the cruise control: Hard to blind Internet diagnose. Could be a problem with the clock-spring or a problem with the cruise control system itself. Perhaps another member will have more precise advice to offer. Keep us updated and good luck.
  21. Hi INMKZ and welcome to the Lincoln MKZ Forum. The "Forum Help & Suggestions" sub-forum is for help and questions about the forum itself. Therefore, your question/thread is being moved to the "General Engine & Powertrain" sub-forum, where it will hopefully get more views from those who may be able to help you. Keep us updated and good luck.
  22. Hi Chris. First...Do you have two fobs? If yes, what happens when you use the other one? If no, get yourself a second fob (and maybe even a third) and have it programmed, for your own safety and peace of mind. Better to do it now, then if/when you lose this one or it stops working completely. Concerning your question, of do/can fobs go bad? Yes, certainly. It is generally an unusual occurrence (but happens), unless due to abuse and/or advanced age. However, it can sometimes take a few start cycles for some warnings to clear themselves (even after replacing the battery). Give it a few days with multiple start cycles and let us know if it clears itself or not. Keep us updated and good luck.
  23. Hi Izzy. Looks nice. I also like the Lincoln logo/MKZ hood prop. ? Good luck.
  24. Hi Steven. Are you stating that you have heard the CD player is in the trunk of a 2013 MKZ? That information is not correct, it is located in the dashboard. Good luck.
