Just wanted to revive this topic in a new thread for my 2012 Lincoln MKZ Gasoline. I am having the same symptoms, and I am going to diagnose and tackle the repair in a different thread using the information from @etrain as a starting point. Since he hasn't responded in awhile to this thread, I will do my best to answer questions based on my experiences going forward. Opening this thread to revive the topic from here. I have a 2012 MKZ Gasoline that has non functioning seat heaters and coolers. My symptoms are as follows: 1. Passenger side seat heater did not make heat. Was unsure about driver side. 2. Next day, when pressing heat or cool buttons for either driver or passenger, they would light up for about 2-3 seconds and shut off. 3. Wiggling the plugs for the Climate Controlled Seat Module made the driver's side work again, but the passenger side has same problem as before. I am going to attempt to remove the Module and inspect the plugs. I will post updates here. If anyone has any tips or suggestions, please let me know.
