Hi Kona, I'm having the same loud noise Trans issue as well with my 2014 hybrid. The dealer put a "re-manufacuted Trans" in it back in 2020 covered under Fords hybrid warranty and guess what??? The same shifty Trans issue is going on again. I took it in this past Monday for a regular scheduled oil change and now they telling me again.... Trans is leaking fluid. I told them they just put a "new Trans" in 2 years ago, not new since they saved themselves money but using old parts, but they then tell me I'm out of warranty period now that expired this past March and now I need a brand new $10,000 Transmission!!! I don't think it's ironic you having same issue I think it'd something with the hybrid Trans. Did you get yours looked at?
