  1. i would like clarification on the lemon law for a transmission that has been replaced on my car by the manufacturer one time already and now needs to be replaced again. So this would be the third transmission.

Hi Kona, I'm having the same loud noise Trans issue as well with my 2014 hybrid. The dealer put a "re-manufacuted Trans" in it back in 2020 covered under Fords hybrid warranty and guess what??? The same shifty Trans issue is going on again. I took it in this past Monday for a regular scheduled oil change and now they telling me again.... Trans is leaking fluid. I told them they just put a "new Trans" in 2 years ago, not new since they saved themselves money but using old parts, but they then tell me I'm out of warranty period now that expired this past March and now I need a brand new $10,000 Transmission!!! I don't think it's ironic you having same issue I think it'd something with the hybrid Trans. Did you get yours looked at?

same issue with noise.....no leaking fluid tho. Purchased the car from someone that just had the transmission installed by a ford dealer under the original warranty. They had it replaced in July of 2021. So its been about 2 years and one month since that time. What did you end up doing?

  2. My car was misdiagnosed for a bad battery 2 days ago. Prior to that I was unable to start my car by jumping it.   No power whatsoever.

Today, I got in my car and started driving it.  Brake fluid light flashed and then shortly after all my dash lights/comp went off and intermittlently tried to come back on and failed to do so.  As it was happening, it said on the screen "Thank you for driving the hybrid" alongside computer having time to formally shutdown as well just as it would if my ignition would be turn off." Oddly, the car continued to run with everything else behaving as if I just manually turn  it off and I was able to get it back to my place.  IFrom there, it is unable to start.  Obviously Ford has no clue what is going on with it.
