  1. I chatted with Lincoln support online yesterday and they also suggested a SYNC master reset. I hate doing that kind of reset (because who actually keeps everything set at the factory default??????) but I did it anyway...no joy. Still got the "This feature is currently not available please complete the map update to enable it" error. Sigh...
  2. Short issue: When I try to use the "Find an Address" voice command, I get the following response: "This feature is currently not available please complete the map update to enable it." 2 months ago I downloaded the SYNC update to usb and went through the update process (or, so I thought). The xml log file was not created/put on the USB after the update, but I just thought NBD. Well, when I got the nav error message a couple days ago, I figured I needed to do something. I downloaded the SYNC update (again), and installed it. Got the confirmation message that it worked, AND the log file generated this time. Did the voice prompt for "find an address" and, womp womp, got the same "It's not you, it's me" message. I THEN connected my car to my wi-fi and did the "Check for Updates" and, behold, there were additional updates. Went through that process, got the "Successfully Updated" message to 3.4.21194_PRODUCT, and tried the voice prompt again with utter failure (same error). Map Software is current at NA 02 20. Any ideas?
