Can I use this configuration for my 13-year MKZ? After replacing Sync 2 with Sync 3, the steering wheel buttons do not work. I assume that the whole thing is in the AS BUILT configurations.

In your posts, I did not find anything related to the APIM configuration for MKZ 13. Or Maybe I was looking badly. Sorry for my English, maybe I'm not quite clear about it.
