Hi all. 2017 MKZ Select. Coming home from church Sunday wife went to turn on A/C and noticed it wasnt working. I looked at it when she got home , and nothing on climate control would work. All the lights on panel worked , ie.. blower speed lights, temperature settings on display screen , rear & front defrosters lights , but no blower or anything. I shut off car and restarted and control works good. everything works as should. Today coming back from gym , she said radio screen blinked few times and music quit same time as the blinks. We bought this car in February and only put less the 2000 miles on it. Mostly sits covered up. It only has 29000 miles on it. Do I call a lincoln dealer to have them look at it ? Of course everything is going to work when you take it in , with my luck anyways, or do I wait and see if anything else happen. I just dont want to run up a big bill at the dealership and have them say they have no idea since its working fine now. Or has anyone else heard of such a glitch happening ? Thank you all very much for any advice. Other than not let my wife drive it. LOL

Thank you all for your time and responses. I'm pretty sure I don't have the modem on mine then. I texted the salesman , he actually didn't mind I bugged him at home , and he's going to check the window sticker when he gets back to the dealership tomorrow. I just figured with the select plus package and being $42,380 new , it would at least have a modem. But like I said , I'm a newbie to Lincoln. Probably explains why I gave up on trying to get my 2016 Edge to work with my phone also. Thanks again guys. Y'all great!

Hi all. Just bought used 2017 MKZ select AWD and very pleased with it. Getting to know all the bells and whistles but I run into a snag. Probably something simple I need to do , but cant figure it out. I downloaded the My Lincoln app and it goes through loading the vehicle , scanning the VIN , then goes to lets get started then it goes to a pic of a lincoln with lincoln access rewards and a find a dealer buttons. On the bottom I got home , vehicle , map , and account. There's no remote start or other features I read about on it. I connected the app with the sync in the car. Sync did follow along with the set up of the app. I watched videos but none of them showed the problem I having. I enclosed a screenshot of my app if it works. Hope I explained this correctly so you'll understand, Btw.. i uninstalled and re installed app 3 X Lincoln ap.jfif
