I noticed today that its a loud exhaust sounding noise at idle in d but if it pop into neutral sound is gone. Also the whine is gone by 3rd gear.

I get a loud whining noise when acceleration up to 30mph. When I let go of the gas its completely gone. If I rev the engine in neutral nothing. Also the car tends to vibrate when idling in drive but not in park. What could the issue be.
