  1. My FFH is named, "Killer." The MKZh remains unnamed as it's my wife's car.
  2. I'll have to check into that my wife would like the SHINOLA ENVELOPE FOR IPAD MINI.
  3. Did you receive a "gift" with yours? I didn't with either of mine.
  4. If the Dune paint color had been available for the 2013 - I would have ordered that instead of the Ruby Red.
  5. I have both an MKZh and FFH with the Dune interior and never received a "kit" from Ford or Lincoln. I think this was a pretty hit-n-miss thing. I use Armorall leather cleaner and Mother's conditioner. Works great.
  6. Yesterday I received the "gas rebate" check for $1,050 for my 2103 MKZh. Anyone else received theirs yet? About 2 weeks ago I received the $775. check for my 2013 FFH.
  7. I checked with the dealer yesterday. The parts are not available yet.
  8. Steve, are any of your cars inflicted with this. So far, neither of mine have the issue.
  9. No I don't. Just remove the door panel.
  10. You have to remove the door panel. It's a simple process.
  11. There may be some help on the horizon. Read post 267 on this forum for some info.
  12. No you can't. I hardly notice it anymore.
  13. When I lived in the Phoenix area I bought three cars from them. There service department was great.
  14. I just completed a 1700+ trip and I tried something different. I experimented with eco-cruise. I found eco-cruise wasn't allowing the car to go into EV mode on slight down hills. I switched it off and hypermiled the car for stretches and went into EV much more. I also was able to stay in EV mode much longer going up hill. When I got tired I would go back to eco-cruise. I think this made a difference.
  15. I took basicly the same trip in the FFH last summer and averaged 44.5 (no Christmas presents). I'm extremely happy with both my hybrids.
  16. No issues at all and I've had a Garmin - gave it away.
  17. I don't post much about the MKZh as I very rarely get to drive it.
  18. We just returned from our Christmas trip of 1702 miles in the MKZh. Went to Lexington, KY on a 60 degree day. The next morning it was 22 degrees and we went to Michigan and the temps went from a high of 22 to a low of 9 degrees with snow and an ice storm. Then to Ohio where the temps were a little warmer...then back to PA in 45-50 degree sunny weather. Mileage was mostly 65-70 MPH with some 75-80 MPH legs. The car was loaded with luggage and Christmas presents and we averaged 40.8 MPG for the trip. The car drove great and it was an extremely comfortable trip.
  19. When I bought the FFH I got Bordeaux, my second choice was Ruby Red. When we decided to buy the MKZh we got it in Ruby Red.
