  1. Hey bigbore. Curious if you had any luck with topic. I'm actually calling Borla today to see what my options are if they have anything. Preferably I'd like a catback system myself. Ill drop you a line later today after I speak with them.
  2. I had the same with mine. I ended up running the components through the lc7i pro with a 5 channel amp. After hours of adjusting, it’s better but still slightly there. What setting are you referring to in forscan?
  3. I recently had the same issue. It was the housing around the rear view mirror that also house the camera. A little messing around with it and boom, no more rattle.
  4. So yesterday I was driving for a bit. Car was normal operating temp. With the radio off, on accelation, braking and turns I can hear what sounds like water that has stored somewhere behind the dash ( impractical I know ) or right at the other side of the firewall. Doesn’t happen all the time but just curious if anyone else has had this happen.
  5. Let me know what you ended up doing please. Looks like the frame of the exhaust had to come out. What size tips did you end doing? Any muffler delete? Let’s see that final product man!!
  6. Thanks for all the info guys. bbf, I know, it’d be amazing if mufflers and resonators could achieve that sound with a totally different engine type. But like you said, unrealistic. I was looking for something a little “meaner” when I romp on it. To be honest I may end up leaving the exhaust alone and just adding some tips like the picture below. Once again. Thanks for assistance on this. Seems like I’ve found the right place for my needs / questions.
  7. Thanks for the help. I’ll dig through the forum and see what I can find.
  8. Hey everyone. I'm pretty new here. I recently purchased a 2017 MKZ 3.0. I was hoping some might know the answer. I'm curious to know if tips can be installed through the stock (fake) exhaust ports on the rear bumper. I've seen a few on this site but it looks to be an aftermarket plastic piece on the bottom of the bumper. maybe I'm wrong. And if anyone knows the best deletes and or mufflers to get to increase exhaust sound. Any information at all would be greatly appreciated. Glad to be a part of the MKZ fam.
