My CD player in my 2009 MKZ non touch screen and non gps constantly sounds like it’s try to eject or load a disc. After about 3 minutes it stops and reads disc error. There is no discs inside the DVD player. It’ll do that if I open my door even with key out of ignition. It’ll do it if I start my car as well. I thought about just trying to cut the power to the CD player as I don’t use it. The rest of the stereo works great. I just want to try to cut power to the CD player only. I want to keep power to the rest of the stereo. Is that possible? If so, what wire? Ty
